MAKE RESERVATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The workshop coincides with the famous Valencia Fallas Festival (March 15 - 19) which is one of the biggest Festivals in Spain. We encourage participants to book hotel accommodation as soon as possible since hotel accommodation in Valencia may be a problem during the Fallas Festival.

HOTEL RESERVATION

WWV'05 participants can be accommodated in hotels in Valencia using a local office of the worldwide travel agency TQ3 and the university dormitory Galileo Galilei both at the Technical University of Valencia. The organization of the conference has blocked rooms for the days of the conference in some conveniently located hotels listed below. These rooms will be blocked until March, 4th. After this day, accommodation is not guaranteed.

For the city hotels listed below, in order to take advantage of our blocked rooms and their special rate, send the following Hotel Registration Form to ssillero@tq3.es. Use prefix "WWV'05" in the message subject for your electronic request.

For the university dormitory, send the following Hotel Registration Form to galileo@galileogalilei.com. Use prefix "WWV'05" in the message subject for your electronic request.

Notes:

• All hotels have an easy access to the city center or the conference venue at the Technical University of Valencia by public transport.
• All prices are in euros and are per room and night including taxes. Breakfast is included except in the university dormitory.
• These special rates apply to a reservation with check-in 12th March and check-out 16th March. For different check-in or check-out dates in a city hotel, please contact the travel agency at ssillero@tq3.es for availability and price. For different check-in or check-out dates in the university dormitory, please contact the university dormitory directly galileo@galileogalilei.com.
• All rooms are blocked for WWV'05 until March, 4th. After this day participants will have to book hotel accommodation by themselves.
• The total amount of the reservation will be paid directly at the hotel or the university dormitory.
• All cancellations should be notified to ssillero@tq3.es or galileo@galileogalilei.com, respectively.
• All cancellations received until four days before the check-in will not have any penalty.
• Cancellations received within the three days before the check-in or later can be penalized with the room rate for one night.
